Marubeni in possible lawsuit against HEP
After being selected as the Strategic Partner on the potential Plomin C power plant, Marubeni have been waiting for years for the project to start. As reported by Poslovni Dnevnik, they now might be on the verge on filing a €5 million lawsuit against HEP in an attempt to compensate for their investment during the preparation of the bid.
