Greece utilises gas generation
Heatwave conditions pushed Greece to achive record productions from its gas-fired generation portfolio. In July, 1.55 TWh of electricity was produced by gas-fired power plants, marking an 11.5% increase when compared to 2016 (1.39 TWh) and a 77% increase when compared to 2015 (0.877 TWh).
