HEP in search for a consultant for the EL-TO Zagreb project
Croatian based utility HEP issued a public invitation for the expressions of interest for a Client's Engineer to help with the EL-TO Zagreb project - the construction of 150 MW combined cycle cogeneration unit with a heating capacity of 114 MWth. Consultancy contract is estimated at €2 million with funding provided by EBRD. The start should occur in the second half of 2018 and should last for a period of 38 months. HEP stated that a tender was held for the construction and purchase and assembly of equipment, as well as a multi-year maintenance contract (LTSA). According to HEP, the project has a location permit, documentation for the first building permit, preparatory works have started and the financial construction of the project is being prepared in cooperation with the EBRD, the trade union of commercial banks and with the EIB..
