HEP still dominates the Croatian electricity market
Four years after the opening of the Croatian electricity market, the liberalisation process yielded a reverse effect. Companies that entered the market trying to take over HEP's dominant share are facing considerable difficulties as HEP's share increased to almost 88% of the market.
