GEEN continues investments in biomass units in Croatia

Czech based GEEN Holdings announced plans to start construction of its third biomass-fired combined heat and power unit in Gospić, Croatia. The unit possesses a power purchase agreement (PPA) with HROTE. It’s planned capacity is 4.96 MW. GEEN already operates two biomass-fuelled units in Croatia: 4.93 MW unit in Županja and 4.9 MW unit in Benkovac.
