Lazard commences due diligence of INA

Investment consulting company Lazard started its due diligence process of the Croatian oil and gas company Ina. The due diligence is part of an effort by the Croatian Government to evaluate the company and rebuy its shares from the Hungarian based Mol Group after several disputes between the two sides.
