

Construction started at combined heating and power plant EL-TO Zagreb
Croatian state owned utility HEP started constructing the combined heat and power plant EL-TO Zagreb. The unit will have an electric output of 150 MW and a heating output of 114 MW. Average annual production will amount to 675 GWh of electricity, 450 GWh of heating energy and 160 GWh of industrial steam.
