

HEP investing in generation portfolio
By 2028, Croatian state owned utility HEP aims to complete the €487 million (HRK 3.6 billion) revitalisation cycle of its hydro power plant (HPP) generation portfolio. At present, €190 million (HRK 1.4 billion) has already been invested. Chinese Norinco starts construction on 156 MW wind farm in Croatia
Chinese based Norinco International started preparing construction of a 156 MW wind farm near Senj. The farm should consist of 39 turbines, each having an output of 4 MW. Golar Power Limited to provide FSRU for LNG Croatia
LNG Croatia LLC officially closed the procurement procedure for the provision, operation and maintenance services of a Floating Storage & Regasification Unit (FSRU). HEP announces ambitious plans regarding grid investments
In the period from 2018 to 2021, HEP Group aims to invest around €780 million (HRK 5.8 billion) in the electricity network of the Croatian power system. Approximately €540 million (HRK 4 billion) is to be invested in the distribution grid and more than €240 million (HRK 1.8 billion) is earmarked for investments in the transmission network. HEP to invest €31 million in smart grids by 2022

HEP to invest over €6 million in solar unit
